Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped FOB (Freight on Board). This means that ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Shasta Vent is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.

Delays, Damages, or Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs processing
Other events outside of our control

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Shasta Vent is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
